Sapta Dwikardana is a senior lecturer, researcher, consultant and therapist. His doctoral degree in Industrial Relations is from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) Belgium. Several professional education attained are among others Certified Master Handwriting Analyst (CMHA) from Dr. Erika M. Karohs Institute, Pebble Beach USA, Certified Behavioral Analyst (CBA) from The Institute for Motivational Living, Inc. New Castle Pennsylvania, USA. Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) from Banyan Hypnosis Center & Training Minnesota-USA, and Master Hypnotist (MHt) from National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) USA.

He is a former Advisor for Partnership for Governance Reform - United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and is currently working as a consultant for Asian Development Bank's Sustainable Capacity Building for Decentralization Project in Indonesia. His passion for teaching is channeled through being a lecturer at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) Bandung. He is also the Director for Parahyangan Center for Industrial Relations Studies.
